Item 3: Candidates for election as Directors
The Notice of Meeting refers to 3 candidates for election as Directors. Two current Directors Messrs Kraehe and Tan retire by rotation. Details of their biographies are included in the Explanatory Notes to the Notice of Meeting.
In addition, Ms Dynon has given notice of her candidature for election as Director. Biographical information for Ms Dynon was not made available for inclusion in the Notice of Meeting at the time it was printed. Ms Dynon has subsequently provided a biography. The details are:

An experienced financial adviser who has a sound understanding of strategy, stakeholder expectations and the challenges of sustainability for business. Broad experience in the financial markets for over a decade, advising on a range of investments during varied market conditions. Works with a client base that includes institutional and sophisticated investors, self funded retirees, SME owners and new investors.
Contributions to the Not-for-Profit sector include current Board memberships of the Foundation For Sustainable Economic development, Melbourne University and Good Shepard Youth and Family Service. Director and Board member of the Bendigo Community Bank - Clifton Hill / Nth Fitzroy.
Ms Dynon believes this mix of skills and knowledge qualifies her for election to the BlueScope Steel Board.
